Checking hydraulic density of injectors Common Rail – is previous diagnostics of common rail injectors without interference in fuel system.
Checking hydraulic density of injectors allows to determine the working capacity and deterioration components of injector. Hydraulic density is one of the most important factors that affect common rail injectors. This procedure is performed using diagnostic equipment by Bosch and is a collection of volumetric flasks that connect to drain back system injector by tubes of equal size. When starting the engine volumetric flasks are filling with fuel as the deterioration of the injector. As a result of such diagnostic our experts can identify deterioration of each injector.
The main factors that affect the deterioration of injectors is poor quality fuel, poor quality fuel filters or long period of time between their replacement and servicing of the vehicle at non-specialized service. The main features of high hydraulic density are bad engine starting, increased fuel consumption, irregular work of the engine, exhaust opacity.
